Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Vishal's Restaurants does with the information you give us when you order, book a table or create an account. Please read it before you publish it — the commitments below are ours to keep, and they should match how we actually work.

What we collect

Your name, phone number and email address; the delivery address you save; what you ordered and when; and the notes you send us with an order. If you pay online, the card or UPI details go straight to our payment provider — we never see or store them.

Why we collect it

To take your order and get it to you, to let you follow it, to keep your bills where you can find them, to handle a refund if something goes wrong, and to reach you about your own order. We do not send you marketing unless you have asked for it.

Who else sees it

Our payment provider, when you pay online. The delivery rider, who is given your address and phone number so they can find you. Nobody else. We do not sell customer information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

How long we keep it

Your bills and invoices are kept as long as tax law requires us to keep them — for GST records that is currently 72 months. Your profile and saved addresses are kept while your account is open.

What you can do with your data

Sign in and open Privacy & data in your account. You can download a copy of everything we hold about you, and you can close your account. Closing it removes your name, email, phone number and saved addresses; past bills stay with us without your name on them, because tax law requires those records to be kept.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page. The date at the bottom tells you when it was last changed.
