Terms & Conditions

These are the terms you agree to when you order from Vishal's Restaurants. Read them before publishing — they should describe how you really work, not how a template says you might.

Ordering

An order is confirmed once you see the confirmation on screen and in your account. Occasionally we have to refuse one — an item has run out, the kitchen is beyond capacity, or the address is outside the area we deliver to. If that happens and you have already paid, you get the full amount back.

Prices and taxes

Prices on the menu are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST is shown separately on your bill, and a tax invoice is issued for every order. Menu prices can change; the price you see when you place the order is the price you pay.

Payment

You can pay online while ordering or at the counter or on delivery. Online payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your card or UPI details.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order yourself from your account while it is still open. If the kitchen has already started cooking, please call us first so nothing is wasted. Our refund and cancellation page explains what happens to the money.

Allergies and dietary needs

Our kitchen uses the same equipment and the same oil for many dishes, including items with milk, nuts, wheat and mustard. We will do what we can when you tell us about an allergy, but we cannot promise any dish is completely free of a particular ingredient. If an allergy is severe, please call us before you order.

Table bookings

A booked table is held for [15] minutes past the booking time. If you are running late, call us and we will hold it as long as we can.

Reviews you write

Reviews are your own words and we do not edit them. We may hide a review that names a person, contains abuse, or has nothing to do with a meal you had with us.
